I did the suggested action of delteing Nirmal.dot. No luck! It still happnes.
I will shut down my machine and restart. maybe it is a registry item that
needs a reboot!
Find and delete normal.dot.

After furious head scratching, HaroldSJS asked:
| When I open any Office 2003 professional Application, mostly Outlook

| "The global template, Normal. dot is already open as an add in

| I click OK (as if I have a choice) and then I receive another message
| box;

| "Insert a disk in Drive E:."

| I insert my Office 2003 Professional installation CD into the drive
| and I get;

| "The drive or network connection to shortcut, 06-223-02,rtf.lnk
| refers to is unavailable. Make sure that the disk is properly
| inserted or the network link is available and then try again."

| Drive E: is my CD/RW drive, 06-223-02,rtf is a file that is on my
| other
| hard drive and that I did not open after I installed the new hard
| drive and reinstalled Office 2003. 06-223-02,rtf is a document that I
| have on another physical drive on my machine. I recently had to
| reinstall my application software (including Office 2003) onto a new
| hard drive, due to my previous drive malfunctioning and failing.

| How I fix this problem and make it go away?
