the graphics filter was unable to convert this file

When I try to insert a graphics in the word document , this phrase come out:

"The graphics filter was unable to convert this file"

Please, I need your help.

When I do this by administrator everything are perfect.

See if emptying your cache solves your issue. In IE, tools, Internet Options, delete
files.
