Complete plumbing Job of The Grove Phase 2 WITHOUT fixture package
TOTAL: $ 774,000.00
RUF IN: $ 270,900.00
TOP OUT: $ 348,300.00
SETOUT: $ 154,800.00
AGREEMENT:
Our fixture package as of February 1, 2008 is a total of $ 329,423.00. This
will be and extra cost for The Grove Phase 2 if we can or can't get better
pricing for the Job. The amount of
$ 329,423.00 is not in the above Job price of $ 774,000.00 for complete
plumbing Job. When we are told that price for fixtures is good and we
purchase them for The Grove Phase 2 , that amount will be added to the Top
Out and Set Out payments. The payment on Joint account with supplier or
Campus Crest Construction can purchase fixtures.
Due to the past due payment of $162,000.00 for The Grove Phase 1,we need to
be paid $62,000.00 before we start The Grove Phase 2 and $25,000.00 per
month for the next four months regardless if we do The Grove Phase 2 or not.

Ellison Plumbing & Piping must be paid in full besides 5% retainage on set
out only before we will request a final inspection. The ruf in and topout
retainage must be paid in full. The ruf in and topout payments must be paid
in full.
Ellison Plumbing & Piping would like to do the Job, but this is a must on
the payments. The will be a joint account with supplier we use on job
material.
Bills sent in by the 20th of each month to be paid by the next month on the
20th or a 12% interest charge will be added to bill or possibly stop job and
inspections. All payments on The Grove Phase 2 must be paid in full. Legal
fees to get money owed will also be reimbursed to Ellison Plumbing & Piping
Inc.
