The Help Feature Does Not Work

In Microsoft Outlook 2007, the Help feature does not work. Neither online
Help nor offline Help is functioning. In the Help dialogue box, the window
on the left lists the prepackaged topics, but, when I click on a topic,
nothing appears in the large window on the right.

Please help me fix Help!
