The Horizontal line in word was not Removing

The Horizontal line was not Removing in M.s.WORD.If we will Select all in word the Data is selecting Upto the Horizontal LIne only.The Data After the Horizontal line was not Selecting.Kindly tell me How to solve the Problem,with out losing the Data.Same problem occuring in other files word.

The Horizontal line is a footnote separator.

You have inserted a footnote for 'capacity' after 'Art.21' in the text body and you have also apparently deleted the footnote reference # from the footnote itself.

Deleting the footnote will delete the separator. Alternatively, you can modify the footnote separator by switching to Draft view then choosing References>Show Notes, which will open up a split window with a dropdown at the top from which you can select the footnote separator for modification (it cannot be deleted in its entirety).
