The Icon does not show the arrow to indicate that an email...

The icon to the left hand side (The default view) of the sender does not show
the arrow pointing left after replying to the email. Has only happened today
and the user is ure they have not altered any settings. Apart from reseting
the profile, any idea's on what might case this?

it's not a setting that can be disabled.

What type of email acct are they using?

Hi Diane:
It ended up that a restart of Outlook fixed it (even though I had been told
this had been done prior to me asking). The acct was an smtp. Thanks for
your reply.
