The information store could not be opened

This is the error message received when I tried to accress Contact and
Calendar files of other team members that I have permissions for. I had no
troubling opening and using these folders until we had a new server installed
yesterday. The IT guy isn't calling back and I need to open these calendars
on a daily basis.
