I am having problems with this error
The item could not be saved because it has been changed by another user or
in another window. Do you want to make a copy in the default folder for the
item?

Could anyone provide the patch as mention in Article ID : 883915

No, contact Microsoft as stated in the article. Note that in most cases
hotfixes are provided free of charge.
