The language DLL 'VBE6INTL.DLL' could not be found.

This error message is occuring on everything that I do in Excel 2007. Does
anyone have any idea what this is? There are tons of discussions and even
malicious links out there to be found when searching the internet for this
error, so this has to be a fairly common issue among Office users. Does
anyone know how to fix this?
