The lower page border is not appearing on my word 2003 document

The lower margin of my word 2003 document cannot be seen or print in Print
layout in A4 size. But it is available for letter. All the other three
margins appears and print successfully. Also it work if we takes from the
text rather than from the edge in the advanced options. If anybody know the
solution please help me.
