We have a use in our company using office 2000 pro with
all the service packs an updates. The Pc is a dell gx 270
with 20 gig hd and 1 gig of mem. When ever he is in the
middle of modifying the excel file it gives him this error-
The instruction at 0x304c82f4 referenced memory at
0x00000010. The memory could not be "written". And it only
happens with EXCEL. This file is about 5 megs and they run
calcs on it. This it what we have tried, reinstalled
office, increase Virtual memory,reinstalled the os which
is XP SVCPck1. And still getting same error.The pc is also
running E-trust anti virus, but there are other pc with
same configuration and they dont have this problem. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
