"The Messaging Interface has returned an unknown error."

Hi,

When I installed Office 2003 I got the error message "messaging interface
har returned an unknow error" when I try to send or do a reply on e-mails.
There is no problem receiving e-mail messages, but I'm not able to send or
reply to anyone. Anyone know a solution to this problem?
