The mouse scroll wheel scrolls right to left not up and down.

Within the GANTT chart window, the mouse scroll wheel moves the screen from
right to left rather than from up and down. This is a newly-loaded 2003
standard version. We've tried to re-load, but nothing changes and we have
been unable to recreate this on any other PC. We've tried changing mice and
loading patches. Anyone have any ideas what it could be and how I can fix it?
