the navigation bar in outlook web access is missing

When accessing the web access account of one of our users, the navigation bar
(with the Inbox and calendar links) is missing in Internet Explorer. There
are no options available on the OWA page to bring it back. His exchange
account and Outlook options are no different to anyone elses. Funny thing is
it works fine in Mozilla Firefox.

Any suggestions?

OWA is a component of Exchange, so you may get a better answer in an
Exchange newsgroup.
