Symptom:
User opens up Outlook Web Access on a MS SBS 2003 server (Exchange
2003) using Internet Explorer. Instead of seeing the Navigation bar on
the left hand side, with the Outlook bar, the INBOX is immediately
displayed not allowing the user to change folders, view options etc.
Solution:
If you look at the Address bar in Explorer, you will notice the
following:
https://mail.yourcompany.com/exchange/<username>/Inbox/?Cmd=contents
(or whatever else you might see).
Simply change the address to:
https://mail.yourcompany.com/exchange
You should now see all panes: the outlook bar, the message list and the
message contents window.
