the nested subtotal is not working in excel 2003

When I do a first subtotal(col A), it works fine. When I do the
second(nested subtotal)(Col B) it works fine for the first group. On the
second group the col A totals are put before the Col B totals only for the
last Col B group. The Col A totals should be after the Col B totals. Is
someone working on getting this fixed.
