I have my friend that have one note 2007 like me, I am sending her a
invitation to work on the same note book at the same time.

So I go on Share, live sharing session, start sharing current session, set
password, click start live sharing session, Invite participant, so I enter my
friend email to send her the invitation. She receive the email, the she open
it. while trying to connect she receive that message.

The network connection is temporarily unavailable. Try again later.

We try later and it is alway's same problem. Both of us have firewall
alowing one note to go through. I don't know what to try. Is it supposed to
work?

Can your friend connect to your computer otherwise (without OneNote)? Where
is the shared notebook stored - on your computer, on a sharepoint site, some
other place?

It sounds like you are trying to share a notebook from a location to which
your friend has no permissions...

It seem it send my router IP when I send a email, probably I should give my
IP to the other person?

Both people firewall must allow oneNote to work.
I got it to work, the defaut setting are with a check on router universal
plug and play in One note. To make that connection through internet, It
required me to set my router to allow Universal Plug and Play, and it worked.
