How do I fix the error, "The Normal.dot file already
exists. Do you wish to replace it?" error when closing
Word 2002 and Outlook 2002(Office XP Pro). I have
renamed, I have deleted and I have copied over the
Normal.dot file. I searched for macro virus with NAV
Corp Ed. and it doesn't find a virus. Live Update has
been run and it still can't find the virus. Other than
uninstalling Office and re-installing Office, which won't
catch the virus, what can I do?
