The objest was saved in an invalid format and cannot be read

Hi

I've been working on a form for about 15 hours and the last time I saved itAccess crashed and whenever I try to open the form I was working on I'm now getting the message "The objest was saved in an invalid format and cannotbe read". I'm getting the feeling that I'm absolutely screwed here. Is there a way to fix it? Recover from a backup is not an option.
