I keep getting this message. Any ideas on what's wrong?

If misery loves company you have a lot of love out here.
I posted the same request for help on April 16. None has
been forthcoming. I've come up with some additional info
which may or may not help get an answer.

I turned on Script debugging and recieved the following
additional info:

Line 698
Error: Automation server can't create object
"Microsoft JScrit runtime error: Automation server
can't create object" was not handled.
Microsoft development environment[break] window highlights
the following line of code "var s_dicStrings = new
ActiveXObject("Scripting.Dictionary");"

I went to java.com and downloaded and installed the latest
Java Runtime Environment - didn't help.
