Help, help, help!

I've upgraded from Office for Mac 2001 to 2004 and now to 2008. In the two newer version I'm struggling to find how to print multiple copies and how to print draft versions or toggle between mono and colour. All this was covered quite handsomely in the old Page Set Up dialogue box. Where did that go, then? What do I need to do - I've run out of piggin' swearwords!!! Bobby B

In OS X print services are supplied by the OS & the printer driver. When you
go into the Print Dialog there is a list of categorically grouped features.
The content varies depending on the selected printer, but the features
you're looking for are there. If the list doesn't show click the jellybean
button on the right of the [Printer:] list.

Word's Print settings are also available in Word> Perferences - Print, but
can be accessed through the above route as well.
