The old toolbar

Anyone know what happened or how to access the old MS Office Toolbar, formerly found in Office 2000?

If you're asking about the Office Shortcut bar, it was cut in Office2003.
The last version was in OfficeXP. There are a number of 3rd party
replacements which have been recommended on this forum.
