The OLE Server isn't registered.

I just started running into this problem. I am trying to delete an embedded
picture from a report in Access 2003. I get the following error message.

The OLE Server isn't registered.
To register the OLE Server reinstall it.

I then found an article referring to this problem as it relates to creating
a data access page.

I followed the instructions and received the appropriate message informing
me that the OLE Server is registered. I then tried to delete the image again.
I received the same error message. Can someone please tell me what the
problem is. The database works fine. I simply want to get rid of the embedded
picture.
