The operation failed. An object could not be found.

I have a user that is saving certain emails as .msg files on a network drive.
For the most part, it works fine for her. But a few of the emails will not
open. When she tries to open them, she receives "The operation failed. An
object could not be found" error. It happens on a local drive as well. It
only happens to a few saved messages, not all. Could it be the format of the
email?
Any suggestions?
