Our users save emails onto the network drives so that they can free up space
in their mailboxes. For the most part these can be opened after the event but
some of them will not open giving the response as in my subject above. I have
tried deleting the FRMCACHE.DAT file and the .SRS file within the users
profile but both have not worked and I am still get the same error message.
Has anyone else seen this and do they know what to do.
