"The operation failed" error message when creating custom views

I receive a "The operation failed" error message when trying to create a
custom view on an Exchange 2000 SP3 Public Folder task form.

I have been able to change the view in the past, but I created those custom
task forms in Outlook 98, and now we are using Outlook 2002 and 2003.

I get the same error after running Outlook /cleanviews option.

What steps are you using to create the custom view?

I went to another user and he could create custom views, so I thought the
issues was not permissions or corrupt Information Store.

With a little more digging, I found the issue, I had to clear my Forms Cache
and I am now able to customize the views.
