My father has Windows XP with Outlook 2003. I'm not sure how long it's been
happening, but when he re-opens Outlook the immediate response is a 'The
operation failed' message. However, so far, it HAS re-started on the 2nd or
3rd attempt.
I have tried: detect & repair; creating a new profile; repairing his pst
file ... to no avail.
Can anyone think of any other solutions before thiis drive us mad?
