The operation for clicking the onenote tray icon

Hi,
The operation for clicking the onenote tray icon is to create a new note. I
want to change the operation to opening the office onenote. Is there any
option for this?

Right-click the tray icon, Options > OneNote Icon Defaults

Click on the "Open OneNote" option
