Hello All~ Apparently the user had an recent but older version of Visio and
it was upgraded to the 2003 edition. Now, whenever any old documents are
open, a window informs that "the organization chart shapes in this drawing
must be converted to work properly in the current version of Microsoft
office. Click Yes to convert the shapes now. If you click No, the shapes in
your drawing will not function correctly". Either clicking yes or no will
create an extra copy drawing of the original document typically naming it
drawing 1 or something else. I think this is showing what's not compatible in
the original document if converted to the new Visio features. So???
Can these extra copies of the modified original documents go away or what is
needed to be done? Can No be clicked everytime or can this prompt be
disabled?
We just want it to open the document and not make or suggest any changes.
Thanks in advance ~
