Can you give us pertinent information to TRY to help you?
What version of Outlook and Exchange? Did this ever work? When did it stop
working and what did you do just prior to it stopping? Have you tried a new
profile? Have you removed and reinstalled the Exchange Extensions? Have
you tried Detect and Repair, available with Office 2000-2003, but you did
not specify the version of the program so this may not be relevant?
Post back with details and what you have already done to repair the problem,
including what KB articles you have already researched and what google cites
you can provide.
