but encounter The page cannot be displayed error. pls advise. thanks

You must use the Internet Explorer not Mozilla!

Lynn:

One possibility is that antivirus software is scanning the global.asa file.
Make sure this is excluded. Norton is famous for this, and the issue dates
back to Project Central 2000.
