the page keeps disappearing off the screen

I have Windows XP. There are 3 user accounts. On one account, I can no longer
see the page when I start Microsoft Outlook. It looks like the page is
disappearing off the screen to my right. I have tried changing the screen
resolution without success. I have tried to click and drag the page from
beyond the right side of the screen and only managed to get the Menu Bar. I
cannot see my folders or mail. I have tried rebooting or re-installing
without success.
How do I restore the Outlook page on my screen?

Open a Explorer (or any other application) and hold CTRL while clicking both
applications on the Taskbar so they both will appear "pressed." Then
rightclick one of them to bring up the menu and select Tile.
