the path specified for the file .pst is not valid

I have a network of approx 80 users. about 10 have the issue that every day
when they log into their email, they have to link to their .PST on the server.
It only happens to the XP Pro users, but not every XP user. 2000 users are
fine.
Using Server 2000 and Outlook 2000 sp3
I have reinstalled user, outlook. Did the Control Panel, Mail options.
Only fix is to disconnect mapped drive, remap then log into email and it is
fixed. But doing this every day is not doable.

They way it looks it is a dns problem. It has to do with the mapping. Thanks
