I used rectangles as a menu on my MainMenu worksheet. as
the users click on various links, the menus change in
status from visible to not visible depending on the menu
choice. This worked great until users started getting the
message "The picture is too large and will be truncated"
I know the rectangles are now pictures because I grouped
them together with some text boxes. What I can't figure
out is why some people are getting the message and some
aren't. I never get the message when I open any of the
files. others always get the message. some get the
message when they open one file and not another. Is there
some kind of setting or maybe an add-in which makes my
system different from the others? We all have the same
version of Excel and the same operating systems.
