The problem of Scroll bar..

When I am in INBOX,i drag the scroll bar.But the mail list doesn't move with
the scroll bar.
Why??

It's always worked that way. Use the mouse wheel to scroll if you want to
see contents or click on the scrollbar arrows. Note that if the folder has
few messages it will scroll when you pull the scroll bar slider.
