The problem with outlook 2003 opening a request for network passwo

I have gone into outlook and reinstated a new profile I have one from
sbcglobal.net and one from yahoo.com. I had my ISP go thru it with me and
they also checked all my settings to make sure that they were all ok.
I still get the request for my network password and/or log on name. It is
frustrating I am typing in a file or doc. and all of a sudden I am in the
password box and typing. I have to backspace or delete all that I typed.

It only appears when I have outlook 2003 open.

I need help , please
