The Project Application Service doesn't exist or is stopped (2007)

Hi,

On my Share Services Admin section, the Project Web Access Sites link brings
me to a page stating that the service doesn't exist or is stopped. I checked
in the central administration and the service doesn't exist. This MOSS
install was from my project installation file and I followed the instructions
to setup MOSS.. How can I install the project service so we can use Project
Server 2007?
