The Project Server Database is unavailable

Hi everybody,

Can any one help me in this regard.
I have Windows XP and i installed Project 2003 professional. when i try to
connect to my server
http://myserver/ProjectServer
when i test the connection, its succfully connects.
but i am not able to login. i getting the follwoing error:
The Project Server Databse is unavailable
You can't access the database for the following reason:
- There is a problem with enterprise global template in
the database
- You do not have sufficient permission to access the
global template
- Network problem are preventing access
- Project server does not have enterprise feature enabled

Hi Pandian ,

Try posting on the server newsgroup. Please see FAQ Item: 24. Project
Newsgroups. FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information
can be seen at this web address: http://www.mvps.org/project/.

Pandian, you get this error when you log into Project Professional without
having Project Manager rights to access Project Professional. Check your
rights for the resource you are using to log into in PWA
