The recent office XP upgrade conflicts with the Miicrosoft AntiSpyware
software. After upgrade, every time I opened a file and Spyware scanned it, I
had to go through the "configuring Microsoft Office" screens. It was looking
for a file called SBERET.MSI, which doesn't exist on my system since that is
not part of Office XP.

I uninstalled the Spyware software and no longer have the problem.

Hi, Guy1000,

SBERET.MSI is part of Office XP Small Business Edition. Check in
Add/Remove Programs in the Windows control
panel to see what Microsoft Office XP edition is listed. SBERet.msi is the
Small Business Edition.
It's possible that you were not given the CD that matches the installation
by your PC provider, if your system was pre-installed.

Contact them to get the proper CD, if that's the case.
