The Red X

In Microsoft Outlook Web Access, when I open a window to send an e-mail, I
get the famous red x in the upper left corner of the text box where you write
the e-mail. Is it configured wrong?

a) microsoft.public.exchange.clients is the right place
for OWA issues as it is part of Exchange, not part of Outlook.

b) You'll want to tell your Exchange administrator to install the hotfix in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/911829 on the server because
you are running
Vista, and that should put the text boxes back on the form.

No, just out of date. Contact your mail admin to update the Exchange server.
