"The reminder service has not been set up properly."

Hi all,

I am currently working on a single server Project 2003 SP1 environment,
with all project services and SQL installed on the one machine. Upon
installation I specified the SMTP settings, and those are displayed in
Project Web Access under Admin -> Notifications and Reminders . Task
and status report notifications work fine, with all users getting the
appropriate emails.

Reminders however do not work. In the Admin -> Notifications and
Reminders, under "Schedule e-mail reminder service" the following
warning message appears in red

"The reminder service has not been set up properly. Refer to the
Microsoft Office Project Server 2003 Installation Guide on the Project
Server computer (Start menu, Programs submenu, Microsoft Office Project
Server 2003). "

I cannot set the time when reminders should go out, and no reminders
are in fact sent out.

The Project Server Schedule Process Service is started and running
successfully on that machine.

Does anyone have any ideas on why this isn't working?

Cheers,
