Incase the wizard files did not register properly during the installation,
open a Search window and search for regsvr32.exe.  Open a second search
window and search for
dao360.dll.  Open a third search window and search for accwiz.dll Drag and
drop the icons for the dao360.dll file and the accwiz.dll file onto
regsvr32.exe to register the files.  They should register successfully.
Now try to use the wizards.
