The SAVE AS button does not show save to G: drive

I assume you clicked on the "Save In" dialog box dropdown and could not see any
other drive.

This would not be an Excel issue IMO.

Hi Marilyn,

Gord was referring to the 'Save in' dropdown box.
When you go to File>Save As it brings up a dialog
box where you can specify which directory to Save In,
amongst other things.

That Dialog box and all the info in it is supplied by
windows or whatever your operating System is.

If it's not on that list you want to check in
Windows Explorer to see if your G:drive
is mapped properly.

You said "the SAVE AS does not recognize another drive"

Where would you expect to see drive G after selecting the "SAVE AS" button?
