The save hiccup

I've noticed recently that with some documents I hit command Save, and for a
split second the document disappears while it's saved and then comes back.
Any one knows what this is about? Thanks!

Sounds like the document is in HTML format. When you save an HTML document,
Word saves the file, then re-opens it in Internet Explorer so you can see
what you got. (Yeah, I know it doesn't "look" like Internet Explorer, but
that's pretty much what it is ... Why re-invent HHTML rendering when you
already have one of the most powerful and accurate engines around sitting on
the box?)

Cheers

Boy John:
I don't remembering doing that, especially since I use Dreamweaver for all
web pages etc. But who knows. The problems has now disappeared, but I look
out for that.
