The search key was not found in any record

I have some reoccurring problem with data changing in one of my tables. In the past we have simply deleted the data line, then rebuilt the data file and re-entered the data. However, when I try this approach now, I receive a message "The search key was not found in any record"

Can anyone help me to purge the data from the file? It consists of two data records
