The Search Key was not found in any record

One source of the issue is having (in my case) leading spaces in the Excel spreadhseet column headers. Removing the spaces solved the prob.

Check the size of your database. The max size of an Access Database is 2 gigabytes. I get this error when my database exceeds this size.
