"the selected project(s) could not be opened in project"

Why not?


What does this error mean? I cannot find any documentation online that
explains it. I have looked at the Microsoft Project Server support site KB
and there's no mention of this error message.

I'm trying to open a project in PWA (Project Server 2003).
