Well, this is a strange situation.
We have three users who have permissions to do "send as" for another
exchange email user--a "support email" address.
Everything works fine, each person can enter the "support email" in
the"from" address field. The person who recieves the email sees the correct
"support email" in the "from" field. No problems here at all.
However, when looking in their sent folder two of the users see "sent on
behalf of" as the "from" address. The other person sees the expected "from"
addressing being the "support email".
We have checked over just about everything we can think of for all three
accounts to determine what is different. Whatever it is, it must be subtle.
What can possibly be causing this odd behavior?
Is it possible this the "way it is supposed to work"? If so something
changed since we have never noticed this before.
Thanks in advance for your help and efforts.
