The set of folders could not be opened???

HELP!!!
My company just switched Enterprise servers and now I can not use my Laptop
based Outlook. We are being forced to use webmail and I know there is a way
to configure my Outlook for that.
I can not even get it to open anymore. When I open it and enter my
password, it tells me the Microsoft Server is not working, so I choose the
Work Offline button and I get the following: "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook.
Unable to open the Outlook window. The set of folders could not be opened."

I know if I could get Outlook to open, I can configure it to the new
Microsoft Server..

Configure your Outlook mail profile via the Mail applet in Control Panel
