I have three user who when they go into their Tools> Options>Mail Format tab
can not edit their signature option because it is greyed out. They may log
onto another PC and the same option is not greyed out.
They are conecting to a 2003 Exchange server. Also outlook is running in
cached mode and they have roaming profiles and "Application Data" folders
that are repointed to a server and not local.
My question is how can I remove the greyed out Signature field?
